Charter is an independent study aid — practice questions, flashcards, audio lessons, and study analytics to help you prepare for the Level I exam. It is a learning tool, not a guarantee of any exam result, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any examination body.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register. Access is currently invite-based; invite codes are single-use and tied to your signup.
Don't share, resell, scrape, or redistribute Charter's content; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; and don't use it to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Some features require Charter Premium, an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown in-app before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never see or store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You can view, manage, or cancel it anytime from your Google Play account, and access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Google Play's refund policies.
We work to keep questions and explanations accurate, but we make no warranty that all content is error-free or covers everything on the exam. Content is original study material and is provided "as is." Spotted an error? Tell us — we fix them quickly.
Charter is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any exam outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
