We want you to be happy with Charter. This policy explains when refunds apply to paid plans.

7-day refund window

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you haven't used the paid content extensively (as a guide: fewer than 50 practice questions attempted and no full-length mock started). Just contact us with your registered email.

After 7 days

Because Charter is digital content you access immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 7-day window or once the paid content has been substantially used, whichever comes first.

Plan extensions

Extension packs (added months) follow the same 7-day window from the date of that purchase.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. We don't charge a processing fee for refunds we approve.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds where there's evidence of abuse (e.g. account sharing, scraping, or repeated refund requests). If a payment failed or you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right regardless of the window.

How to request

Email the administrator (address shown on the sign-in screen) from your registered email with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
